Aloha, friends! Welcome to Taro Hut, your go-to destination for delicious fast-food and Polynesian cuisine. We’re located in the heart of Kahuku on the scenic North Shore of Oahu.

After our plans to ship raw frozen taro stateside failed due to Covid restrictions, we opened a food truck instead. Inspired by taro, our dual kitchen concept began - creating mouth-watering Smash burgers and authentic Polynesian dishes. Everything from mouth-watering purple burger buns and crunchy taro fries to the traditional palusami, a luscious taro leaf dish baked in coconut milk.
